EAP TM
is the intervention division of KV Consultants and Associates, Inc. and is
a multi-faceted company focused on a
comprehensive range of worksite-based interventions. Services are
focused upon the identification and resolution of productivity problems
associated with employees impaired by personal concerns.
Mission Statement
The transitional nature of the modern
workplace environment has created unprecedented stressors for both management
and workers, as well as their families. Our mission is to provide a
comprehensive range of interventions including: proactive prevention,
crisis intervention, short-term counseling, and appropriate referrals to
our contracting partners. Our goal is to stabilize crises,
re-establish the worker and family members in a healthy state of being
and enhance productive abilities in the workplace in a confidential
manner.
